AliDesk Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 8, 2026 • Published by Elevoire

At Elevoire, the creators of AliDesk (including AliOffice, AliDoc, AliSheet, AliSlides, AliPDF, AliCode, AliWrite, AliChat, AliVault, AliNotes, AliCreate, and AliAI), privacy is not an afterthought, a legal compromise, or a marketing slogan—it is the foundational architectural pillar upon which all our software is engineered.

1. The Local-First Guarantee

AliDesk applications run locally on your personal computer or workstation. By default:

2. Artificial Intelligence & Model Privacy (AliAI)

When you interact with AI features inside AliDesk (such as in AliChat, AliCode, or AliWrite):

3. Cryptographic Security & AliVault

The AliVault application utilizes client-side authenticated AES-256 GCM encryption. Your master password is never transmitted across the network or stored in plaintext. It is derived using memory-hard PBKDF2/Argon2 algorithms. If you lose your master password and your offline recovery keyphrase, neither Elevoire nor any third party can recover your encrypted secrets.

4. Third-Party Services & Network Interactions

AliDesk communicates with external networks only in the following transparent situations:

5. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA

Because we do not collect or maintain centralized databases of your local files, your data sovereignty is naturally enforced by architecture. For any account-level inquiries (e.g. support tickets or enterprise billing), you have the complete right to access, rectify, or request immediate erasure of your records by emailing [email protected].
